And one of the questions that I was going to ask you is what is healing? And maybe those are related and maybe they're not, but...

No, I think it's a great question because I think so many people, they come in, especially to therapy or, you know, people when they read the self-help books or when they're trying to initiate this step.

I think most people think it's supposed to look like the Instagram of it's easy, it's joyful, it's blissful, it's you at the beach doing yoga and you have no worry in the world.

And depending on what steps are needing for you to make sense of your life, to recognize patterns, to discover the wounds, to go through that process, it's going to look different, but it's not going to be pretty.

Yeah, and I think one of my biggest quotes or mantras that I tell people all the time is that if you feel like you're having breakdowns, sometimes they can actually be the biggest breakthroughs in your life and the most meaningful.

If you're working on yourself, you're recognizing the patterns, you're breaking those barriers, absolutely can feel like you're losing it.

But it can be you actually diving into that new layer, a new layer of vulnerability or rawness or truth that you've never been able to access and you're doing it.
