Michael YadrickHost
What I heard was the hospice scene, sort of like the thing towards the end of the life or that needs to come to an end, I guess, is obviously coming to an end.

What's your climate magic then? What do you think you're particularly good at and how does that serve this moment?
What I think I'm good at, and this probably comes out of my therapy training and practice, is trying to really meet people where they are.
For those who are skeptical or disengaged, to those who are involved but feeling stuck, to those who are really working for change but feel burnt out, and that everyone's wanting to take a step forward, how to join, how to listen to them, how to build a bridge and a rapport.
It can be hard to do because for those of us who are climate literate, there can be this sense of urgency of just get on board now.
But wonderful as that would be, it's just not possible with where people are.
