New car, $15,000 to $48,000.

Rent, $450,000 to $1,600.

Now, I ain't gonna lie, I remember $450,000 rent, boy.

I mean, we paid $525 for a three-bedroom, two-bath.

Now you can't get nothing for $525.

You might can't even get a studio.

When you go to the country, what rent is in the country? A apartment.
