Mark SimsGuestMichael MarchukHostI'm your host, Michael Marchuk, and today we are joined by Mark Sims, founder and director of ConsultMSG, where he's been driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and complex change management across global organizations.
With decades of experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, Mark has recently focused his expertise on the human and structural realities of artificial intelligence, authored a bunch of insights on how businesses should be adopting or adapting culturally before adopting new tech.
So tell us a little bit more about yourself, because obviously there's a lot more to you than that.

But yeah, mainly working for kind of Fortune 1000 companies, usually related or around some kind of large ERP or digital technology that was being implemented in the business.

Spent kind of 15 years there doing a lot of the same things, but in different roles.

And then made my way back to consulting where I'm now working in the technology space.
