And I am so glad that you guys are here today because this episode is different.
I am not coaching you from the outside today.
I am inviting you into something I am doing myself.
Here is the scene.
A few weeks ago, I was getting dressed.
It was a pair of jeans that used to be my easy pair, right? But that easy pair took a little more effort than they used to, to put on.
I had one of those moments where, It wasn't panic.
It was just noticing.
Like I stepped back and I looked at my last six months.
And here's what I reflected on.
Like I've done more travel.
I've had more stress.
I've had this digestive issue thing get in the way where I had to eat a very different diet and cut out a lot of vegetables.
I... had a slower slide on my nutrition, like less consistency in my training.
Nothing dramatic, not one bad day or one bad weekend.
That's not what I'm talking about.
Just six months of small drift.
And right now, I am admittedly about 12 pounds heavier than I feel comfortable being.
And if any of that sounds familiar, if you've ever looked up after a season of life and you realized you drifted without meaning to, that is not a character flaw.
That's just what happens when life gets loud and habits get quiet.
So today I am going to walk you through exactly what I'm doing about it.
Not a cleanse, not a crash plan.
I'm gonna show you what a fat loss coach actually does when she needs to take her own advice.
How I'm using the exact tools I already have instead of reinventing anything.
Why I'm choosing a slight deficit over an extreme one.
