And there's all these different types of breathwork, and modalities, and methods, and also branding, so it's very confusing.

You'd be like, "I do fitness." You'd be like, "What do you do? [laughs] Do you do SoulCycle, CrossFit?" So I teach, uh, circular breathwork, or conscious connected breathing, which is an intense style of breathwork.

There's a meaning behind that, and that's to, to get into your nervous system, your sympathetic nervous system, where the trauma is stored, where the issues and the stories are all stored.
