We're flipping the script and going in reverse because our very own Ryan Fox has just won the 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale and we are absolutely buzzing about it.
foxy becomes just the fourth new zealander to win a major joining sir bob charles michael campbell and of course three-time major champion dame lydia ko here's the poetry of it back in 1963 sir bob charles became the first kiwi to lift the claret jug and it's taken precisely 63 more years for another kiwi to do it again We've always believed that Foxy had a major or two in him, but we never tip him on our predictions podcasts, simply because we're superstitious and don't ever want to jinx him.
We are, after all, unashamedly biased, but we will briefly recap the other three majors, share our thoughts on them, and also touch upon what's left in the golfing calendar for the remainder of the year.
