There's another way of understanding ki selasenu atah because you are our praise.
So refain Hashem v'neiraveh sheinu v'nevasheah.
Please Hashem heal us.
Please Hashem save us because you are our praise.
Is that in the future when I'm healed, I'll be able to praise you fully with the recognition that it's only you that could have saved me.
That all the human beings that are involved are shlichim, but ultimately it's you.
Right now I can't say that because I'm in the middle of the, of the challenge.
I'm in pain.
I'm ill.
So Hashem, save me now in the zechus of that which in the future I'm going to thank you, I'm going to praise you.
And that might be true in terms of the, uh, the specific illness or challenge that a person's going through.
They realize it's only Hashem that can save them.
It's only Hashem that has the power to do so even if they're going to a doctor, they're going to a surgeon.
It's ultimately Hashem who is guiding the minds and the hands of those surgeons and doctors.
