I am joined by Terri Yoffe, and Terri is a three-time certified international business and communications coach with more than 20 years of professional coaching experience, and what she calls 60 years of life, business, and leadership wisdom.

She's led in the corporate world, built her own business, and reinvented herself more than once.

She knows what it means to face challenge head-on, and to sit in uncertainty, and to step back into the arena again and again.

There's a steadiness to her, a clarity that comes from having lived through her own messy middle seasons.

And what makes this conversation especially meaningful for me is that Terri was the very first coach I ever hired.

And it was during a gnarly season when on paper I was doing pretty well, but internally I was stuck and I was suffering.

And what she helped me see were the stories I was telling myself about that situation that I was in, and those stories, maybe they felt protective and true, but they were masking what was really happening, and they were keeping me small.

And she didn't give me the answers, but she helped me question the narrative I was clinging to, and that experience shaped how I led and why I do the work I do today.

So this feels so full circle, Terri, and I am so grateful to have you with me today.
