So I'm reminded, you know, one of the big platforms that we always talk about is thriving.

despite the crisis or despite the chaos, thriving when things are at their worst, and knowing that this is a skill to be developed and not just a lucky circumstance of your character or your personality.

And the reason behind some of the questions I'm asking is because that it is counterintuitive to continue this practice that you're doing now after the crisis seemingly is over.

So I'll wrap up this, but I keep looking at this from a perspective that many people do, which is somebody is challenged with abuse and drug disorder abuse, and they're just struggling.

Even from the problem, you're looking at it from the perspective of, yes, this is an absolute crisis, but you solved it by taking care of yourself first, putting yourself in a position to be at your best capable version of yourself, and also surrounding yourself with people.

But bringing in all the tools and building the tools, even the ones that back at the beginning then you didn't have, but you made that decision that I'm going to build up these skills and collect the tools so that I can thrive during all of this.

And the crisis is no longer a crisis, but the reality of the situation is still there.

You know, I mean, we do hear about people who, you know, relapse after 15, 20, 30, 35, 40 years.

What I would say is, as I have said multiple times is I wasn't willing to just survive this.

And it is never, we're not at success when they go into rehab and they stop using.

And they and generally they think they just need to stop using and then everything's going to be fine.
