Fear and self-doubt will always be present - your job is to feel them and still choose to rise, take action and do the thing!…

She's shifting some things, we've created some new offers, we're building out her customer journey, we're shifting her marketing.

Like there is a lot that she and I are doing behind the scenes And it is going to require her to become a next level version of herself.

It's going to require her to have serious accountability from me and from herself to keep going.

I would say fear and self-doubt are two of the most common things that hold women in business back.

So many women want to launch a new service, put their prices up, show up authentically, launch the podcast, host an event, create an incredible piece of content, push themselves, say what they want to say on the internet, make a fuck ton of money.

People in that place either then don't show up at all, they don't take action at all because that fear and that self-doubt is so strong, or sometimes they will take a little bit of action but they're not really in it, their heart's not in it, they aren't really going like balls to the wall, they aren't fully committed, connected, they aren't really all fucking in.

And in both of those situations, when you have that inner dialogue that says, well what if I try and it doesn't work? that inner dialogue that says, what if I try and it doesn't work, either stops the action or makes you take an action but you aren't doing it properly and therefore you don't get the desired result, that one thought creates a self-fulfilling prophecy.

That one thought creates a cycle because what happens is when you have that thought and then you let that thought determine the action you take or don't take and the potency of the action that you take, that's going to have a massive impact on what actually happens And every single time you have that thought and you say, well, what if I try this and it doesn't work? And that either stops you taking action or you just take like half-hearted bullshit action.

Every single time that happens, your mind has more evidence that actually it's best not to try.

And your mind then has evidence that if you don't take action, you remain, quote unquote, safe.

So the next time that you want to do something, whether it's launching your product or service, put your prices up, say what you want to say, launch something, collaborate, run the event.

your mind has evidence that actually it's safer to not take the action so your mind then almost becomes the thing that holds you back your mind can either have your back or hold you back so i want you to really think about this and almost see where the fear and self-doubt is holding you back Now, I used to feel this and I used to let it impact my actions.
