It's interesting, isn't it? Because our mutual friend and colleague, Mavis Karn, introduced me to this notion of you can't slip a thought past the body.

And what that means is that, you know, everything that we're thinking shows up in the body, or, you know, maybe transiently, you know, a moment of anxiety and there's a tightness in the stomach or the solar plexus or whatever.

But if we're not paying attention to that, it then can translate into a more chronic symptom.

And it's not to say that everyone's doing it to themselves or anything like that, but simply that...

You know, you saw for yourself there that or you or the way you look, you see it now is that that kind of thing.

I've been, you know, allowing my mind to just get too busy and entertaining thoughts for too long.

alert alert us to the fact that we're not using we're not aligned with our minds in the most helpful way and it's a hint to come back come back

and i want i want to say something about it was not until i met mavis and started listening to her that i really got what it meant i really had a deeper understanding what it meant to um That you're just feeling, not just, that you are only and always feeling your thinking.

But when I began feeling, when I began giving myself permission to actually feel my experience, know that the experience was just a storm of passing through sometimes a violent thunderstorm and sometimes drippily rain, you know, drizzly rain.

That, that was a big, another big corner turn turned for me about feeling, feeling everything.
