But Thursday night last week, a week ago, Dogs 14 defeated Canberra in Canberra 10 points.
Not the prettiest win from the Bulldogs, but maybe that's them maturing as a side when they've got different ways that they win.
They don't have to get in and have things run smooth and as they want it to be.
They can get down a little bit gritty as well.
True, I think you're probably at that part of the season where teams are still finding their feet.
And, you know, these type of wins where good teams maybe not at their best and everything's not humming along, but they find a way to win.
And it probably sets, at the end of the season, sets the good teams apart from the other ones.
And I think the Raiders probably missed an opportunity at home when the Dogs clearly weren't at their best, but...
I think they
missed an opportunity with a fucking 9-3 penalty count.
