Before pottery entered your life, what was your career and day-to-day life like?
And I went into facilities managing and that led me to then hospitality managing, which, as most hospitality managers know, is a very stressful job.
Have you done that? Have you taught that? Have you trained that? So it always plays on your mind.
And I'm a very active person, so I used to do a lot of sports, but I never got to a point where I completely switch off.
And so I've always had a love for 3D art since I was at high school, really.
I got an opportunity to do a little bit of clay work and just watching that teacher grow.
