I sit down with Dr. Stephanie Rimka to explore longevity through the lens of mitochondrial health, nervous-system regulation, trauma physiology, and therapeutic peptides. We discuss why the order of interventions matters, why more energy is not always better, and how connection, play, pleasure, and community can be just as important to aging well as biomarkers and biohacks.
