And I know some people listening will probably be... might be struggling a little bit with how to cope with upcoming games, certainly with England's current form and matches that are coming up.

Like, there is something about football... and alcohol, and let's be frank, drugs.

But there's something about football, which seems to be like, I guess, the equivalent of like airport pints.

Like you're going out afterwards and it's just kind of built for like 12 hour sessions.

And I think what's going to be really interesting with this World Cup is you've got five o'clock kickoffs, you've got nine o'clock kickoffs, you've got 2am kickoffs.

And I think if you're someone who's like figuring out where to watch matches, figuring out whether you feel comfortable going out boozing, figuring out comfortable whether you want to be around your mates, like, It's kind of a recipe for sesh disaster because if you've got a kickoff at nine, you're probably going to meet your mates after work at five or six.

If you've got a kickoff that's at like five, you're probably going to start early and then keep going.

So I think it's a real recipe for disaster, not necessarily like the World Cup in general.

But I think if you are thinking of trying to challenge your relationship with alcohol during this period, like there's definitely got to be some framework that you can put together.
