Mitch spent 13 years saving a large share of his income. Then one property investment made him more than twice those savings in 18 months. In this episode of Zero to 100 Tribe, Mitch and Gabe discuss…
Yeah, I think it's a big topic because, I mean, we can kinda...
Yeah, I mean, you asked a couple questions, but we can kinda take this a few different ways.
I mean, I think there's, i- in some ways, like, I often will say, like, money isn't real, right? And I get some kinda mixed reactions of, you know.
But I, I think of money as an energy just like anything else.
You know, often people say it's a means of exchange.
It is.
Like, you're trading money for goods or services.
You're trading money, but it is kinda this made-up...
I mean, you could go, you could go read The Creature from Jekyll Island and really get deep, deep into, you know, about the Federal Reserve and money and, and how it is, you know, just kinda made up.

And I know none of us started with money.
I didn't start with money.
Mitch, you didn't start with money.
Travis, who's not on here today, he didn't start with money.
But we've been able to buy millions and millions of dollars worth of real estate, and I think it has a lot more to do with resourcefulness than resources.
And when people use money or not having money as an excuse to not be successful, and we're talking successful, let's just talk financially.
There's other ways to be successful outside of, of, of money.
But, um, for the sake of this conversation, I, I think ha- being resourceful is a lot more important than the, the resource of money.
