I appreciate everyone support on this project as we come to a close on Season 1
But what I really wanted to focus on was some of the key things I heard over the many episodes of this season.
Number one, almost, and I repeat, almost everyone that I have interviewed became a Lion because someone asked them.
Let's make sure when we are out in public that, most importantly, we are acting like a Lions Club member should act, but second, that we are asking those who have the heart of a Lion to join us.
Also, make sure to talk to your children at any age about Lions.
Ask them to continue your legacy.
Some of the sad things I have seen online state that the young generation of Lions aren't interested.
It might seem like all we do is a pancake breakfast, and if that's the case, you're doing Lions Club wrong.
We as Lions don't need to be in survival mode.
We need to be in focused mode.
So again, you might need to refocus your club's activities, meetings, and even conventions to truly make the Lions experience the way it was meant to be.
