So actually, and my, my, uh, I think I'm up on skill, and the first skill really comes from, uh, working with the coaches in that clinic.

Very cool.
And we talked with them about the idea of what we call the, the quadrant, the, the matrix of support on one hand and standards on the other.
So there are the, the four squares in, in the quadrant, of course.
And so we have the one w- that we want, of course, is high standards, high support.
And you can have high standards and low support.
Right.
You got high standards.
Uh, standards are real great, but the kids are getting beat up.
And then on the other hand, you can have low standards and high support, so real nice, but the kids kind of do whatever they want.
There are no standards.
And what we're looking for is a high standards, high support.
Okay.
So I'm doing kind of a back-to-back.
The f- first one for this pod is gonna deal with the support side, and it's, uh, titled Creating a High Support Culture.
Okay.
Very cool.
And the, the idea, the coach that I worked with in Iowa, she is, has been coaching a long time, but is a coach's daughter.
Her dad was like a, you know, like old school, you know, football-baseball coach.
Okay.
So she grew up with this kind of, you know, getting coached hard.
Right.
Right?
