They're easier to convert, more likely to become long-term clients, and more likely to refer others in turn.

If your practice is built on referrals, you've done something right, something important, and that kind of reputation doesn't happen by accident.

But here's the conversation that I keep having with firm after firm after firm.

You cannot turn them up when you need more work or slow them down when you're at capacity.

And they're completely invisible to an entire generation of potential clients who find everything online first, and that's the referral trap.
