So the, the book, uh, once again, The Regenerate Leap- For an audience that's, you know, we're, we're sort of, uh, turnaround and recovery types, um-

What, what, what, what does regenerate mean that, that recovery does not? So I th- I think you're really focusing on the difference between a sort of, uh, recovery and, and a real regeneration.

So you've got a philosophy there that I, I know that you, you, you articulate well in the book.
So, so yeah, how do we differentiate between regenerate and, and recovery? So exactly why I chose the name the Regenerate Leap, um, because I really believe that regeneration starts and builds on the compost that remains from the past.
So you, you can take what is good, what still has some value left, um, and you use that as your nutrient, uh, for the next thing and, and build the, the new state from that.
Um, you don't discard the past, um, but you kind of consume it, um, metabolize it, and use it as your compost for the future.
But I know your audience knows recovery much better than, than, than anyone actually.
It's to get the organization back to a healthy state, back to where it was perhaps before cashflow or, um, whatever trouble, uh, kind of has come.
And, and for me, when that prior state still exists and recovery is, um, you know, appropriate and you can rebuild a model, then go back to recovery.
Um, but as I mentioned earlier on, um, uh, when you can't go back to the past, what does...
Um, so for me, regeneration is really about when your historic destination is gone-
... um, and when the conditions that created that old state, um, have moved, there's nothing left to go back to.
