Mid-Summer Check-In

Okay, so let's start out with something really simple and then kind of branch off from there.

But if you had to describe summer in three words, summer so far,

and

that's in relation

to

life in general, but also kind of our running and our races, what are the three words?

What did I say last night? You asked me this last night.

Wet, hot, mosquitoes? Mosquitoes?

No, no, no.

You said wet, hot, like loser or something.

Wet, hot, loser.

Those are my

words.

Yeah, no, wet, hot, loser.

That

is what I

said.

Because it's been really

wet

and really hot.

And we've been losers, especially of late.

For those of you watching on whatever platform you can watch our podcast, Spotify, YouTube, blogs, we are holding our Canadian Death Race mugs, which is part of where the loser comment comes in, because we lost.

Yeah, so check out our
