I got out of bed, moved to the sofa, and other than getting up for a shower, have not moved since.

A nice easy journey back from Edgbaston last night.

There was zero traffic.

It was nice and smooth on back.

And then, yeah, like I say, been either sleeping or watching sport all day since.

Well, it's not like you had on Friday, is it, to be fair.

Friday was awful.

Yeah, it took a lot longer to get from, from London to Birmingham than it did to get from Birmingham to, to [laughs] Manchester.
