So how do you have that balance between the, the people focus, and it's not a balance, but how do you take the people focus to the outcomes focus? So as a leader, a- and you've driven major initiatives, which we'll talk about later, you have to have other people believe in your way of doing things.

So how have you through, you know, whether your team meetings, your, your processes, how have you gotten people to understand the heart-centered, people-centered caring bit with like driving major numbers through, through progress and, and big, big teams?

So I have this little thing that I call the s- uh, six success ingredients, which is trust, integrity, commitment, execution, teamwork, and then the right people.

And as you can see, I can say that pretty quickly r- right off the top of my tongue.

And what those mean is that it's not just like m- words, 'cause everybody can say words.

But I, when I take on a new role or a new team, I look at the team and say, "Do I trust everybody on that team?" Right? 'Cause I need to have that trust.

They have to trust me, and so many leaders think that because I have a title, people are gonna trust you.

They have to be as committed as you are, as you are, as, as, you know, to the mission as you are.

I mean, I've done this numerous times, Anthony, where I've le- literally take on a team, and I look at the team, and I'll go person by person and say, "Do they trust me? Do I trust them? Do I feel they're super committed, uh, to the vision, or are they kind of one foot in the door, one foot out?" And like when you can build a team that has all of those six ingredients, you're unstoppable.

And so many leaders just think that because I have a title, I'm an SVP, I'm a VP, I'm their manager, they should listen to me.
