After struggling with his mental health and using alcohol, cocaine and cigarettes as a way to manage how he was feeling, my guest eventually found sobriety, and along the way, cold water became a pretty significant part of his life too.

He went on to spend an entire year dipping in the North Sea every single day to raise awareness for mental health, with what started as a personal challenge eventually becoming something much bigger.
