We can spend our whole lives following an idea of success we never consciously signed up for.

But sometimes we reach the summit of our particular field and we feel nothing.

With this podcast, I'm hoping to give you access to the experiences of others so that you can mull over this question now.

What does success mean for you? And live your life according to your own definition.

And so I wanted to speak to someone who has reached the top of their industry.

Designer and creative Lawrence Stoffel has spent the past decade building from scratch the creative studio and brand identity for the now iconic mega brand ON.

As an executive creative, she turned a Swiss running underdog brand into a global sports leader, scaled a team from one to over 100 people and helped drive the brand to IPO.

As she navigates this next chapter, I was curious to find out why she's now turning down seven-figure job offers, what fuels her creativity and how she wants to live her life now.

So please enjoy this episode recorded at Brazen Studios and sponsored by swim and resort wear brand Kiyone.
