I've worked for companies where people have gone 12 months and not produced their documentation.

And when they produced it, they can't work with anyone because they've got issues.

There's a big risk there too, right? If they do something while they're working for you.

that's probably the beauty of me being here is that i get to set that agenda yeah yeah you think operational is me i have a i have a director who's down top me but never gets involved in operations he doesn't want to it's not his it's not his thing his thing is finance he's an accountant he likes to do payroll and pay the bills everything else comes to me

so how do you set that standard with your staff is it just as soon as they start with you you make it really clear that to be rostered we need these documents and if you don't have these documents you tell them up front that you just will take them off shift as soon as you don't have what you need

yes and we also have in our induction because we use um visual care for our induction it's set that they can't start unless all that documentation is in yeah i get access to the app unless all that documentation is in place yeah because i don't want to be chasing you down three months down the track

Yeah, look, it's very similar to what I used to do when I worked in childcare centres.
