No entities detected.
Like, what do you do when you have that guest that, you know, you just get a bad feeling before they check in, and then as soon as they check in, they have questions, and then they spend the next two days, four days, six days, however long at your house and you're getting three, four, five messages a day.
They're complaining about every little thing, or they're just very needy and have a lot of questions, and you're losing your mind, pulling your hair out.
You're trying to enjoy your summer as well, and you're trying to handle this stuff.
It can be extremely frustrating, and it doesn't matter if it's peak season or not in peak season, everybody's gonna get one of these guests.
And, and it, it is what it is, right? You know, the, the one thing that I want you to first sit down and...
Because it's really easy when you get into these situations and you can, you know, lose your cool, or sometimes you start responding back a little bit, uh, you know, snap back a little bit quicker on the messaging.
It's taking time out of your day, whatever it may be, right? The first thing we have to remember, number one, is that we are in the hospitality business, and perception is reality.
And at the end of the day, whatever this guest's perception is, is the reality that they're facing right now.
And, you know, the first thing we're- we, we, we think as hosts is, "Oh my God, they're gonna leave me a bad review," right? And if that's your first thing that you're thinking about, that- you're doing something wrong.
