In today's solo episode, Joe talks about how to build and then manage generational wealth for your family. One thing that a large portion of the wealthiest people have or invest in is Real Estate…
I am super excited to talk about building generational wealth, right? That's really the topic for today because I've been in this industry now for four years and I've seen a lot of people in and out of the industry and change course and do different things and find different ways that they can find themselves being successful in this business.
And I really want to talk about, you know, what building generational wealth really looks like for you, for your family, for your children, for your children's children, whatever it may be.
And, you know, owning real estate is one of the best ways to build generational wealth.
But one of the things that I know for sure that the majority of people out there that are in the extreme wealth category all have one thing in common, and they own real estate.
It could be short-term rentals, long-term rentals, mid-term rentals, resorts, campgrounds, whatever it may be, because those are all an appreciating asset.
And in the history of real estate, that is still the best way to build generational wealth.
And the reason why I bring it up today is because I've seen some people recently, they're like, have kind of got away from buying short term.
They got into the short term rental space because they bought a short term rental and they're like, I kind of don't really want to buy anymore.
I'm just going to go to co-hosting or property management or, you know, build revenue management and, you know, companies or whatever it may be.
You can build generational wealth that way, but you're building it in one business.
You're building it in one facet that you're running and you're operating this business.
