I was never this calculating psychopath that has this criteria of I do this, that, and the other.

But I could manipulate, and I could charm, and I could get the things I wanted.

Uh, I was very dysfunctional though, so it wasn't as obvious because I was, you know, manipulating people to sell drugs for me and what have you.

I try to turn grandiosity into being a charismatic leader and, you know, I have been able to build, you know, a successful business, and that's...

You know, marketing, I believe, is manipulation, is understanding people's wants, needs, pain points, desires, fears, objections, and being able to speak to that in a, you know, concur- you know, coherent way to be able to get an outcome.

In terms of how you could spot it, I think you only usually spot it if, uh, someone's not doing it very well [laughs]
