50: Greer Jones: ADHD & Overwhelm

So a little update from me.

We have had Leo's EHCP back.

I don't know if it's like officially finalised, but we've had the meeting with his caseworker.

We've gone through it and kind of accepted what they've said.

And we've got everything that we wanted in there, which is brilliant.

Now it just comes down to the funding and doesn't it always? They've named a one-to-one, like a full-time one-to-one for him when he goes to school.

But what I didn't realise was, although that's in his EHCP and yes, that is a legal document.

If the local authorities say that there isn't the funding, then we don't get it.

So I don't really know what happens then, apart from we then have to take the local authority to a tribunal.

So that'll be fun.

I'll keep you updated.

I know tons of you ahead of me on this journey have already done that.

So any advice that you could send our way if we get to that point would be much appreciated.
