Alex, can you talk to us around the two driving forces or trends you're seeing with in-housing and AI and how you see them coming together?
Um, you know, the, I feel like the industry in the last decade has become efficiency focused.
... arguably could build internally? What ends up happening though is because the creative problem-solving is not external anymore, is they end up sort of fitting into a box of pressures from the organization.
Um, and we see this happening over and over again, where, you know, the first year output's great, and then it starts to slow down.
Because they learn, oh, this, we can't do these certain things, and innovation starts just to, just to be stifled.
