so you you need to break all those barriers all those limiting beliefs you need to build that identity in your mind that yes you can execute you can deliver you can take the things to the finish line and you deserve to be a person who can build the business uh and deliver value charge money help people with skill with his or her skills and knowledge so for that the execution framework is 100 minutes a day system it's my execution operating system that i developed and what i identify uh what i found i would say a few years i would three around three years back this i found that uh even if you are a working professional and you have a busy life uh making that making 100 minutes in a day is possible because my life was very busy and three years back when I got this idea I was posted around 25 kilometers from my home and every day I do the do the commute uh uh and it's like uh more than two hours two to three hours anywhere uh it all it used to took me every day to to travel after doing like uh the full day job and commuting this long hour this long journey uh i i got tired and i also have the household work to do, the family responsibilities that we have.

But still, what I found is that 100 minutes is still very easy to manage because what happens is if you can like break it down into three blocks this hundred minutes in such a way that it fits into your daily schedule you can execute a lot of things in these three blocks which are together hundred minutes so what what i started doing i like started doing 20 30 minutes in the morning then in the evening it's around one hour sometimes it's like 75 minutes okay and in the night even if you give 10 15 minutes it's more than 100 minutes So 100 minutes is very easy.

For example, if you can give like 20 minutes in the morning, in the evening, you are giving like 75 minutes and 10 minutes in the night.

just for review just for uh planning next day just for thinking about what's good what's went right what's went wrong throughout the day uh it's kind of it's it's a kind of uh review block where you review everything the morning block where you like create something it's a creative block where you you write generally i prefer to write And the evening blog is an execution blog where you execute your ideas, which could be like building funnels, which could be creating content, which could be anything that you want, which is a part of your business plan.
