I feel a lot of sorrow today.
And I want to talk about how I go through the day when I feel this way.
Sometimes you just feel sad.
Sometimes you're not doing anything wrong.
And it's just part of your process of life.
Life can be very sad.
Relationships can be sad, confusing, disillusioning.
There's all kinds of seasons you go through in life.
There's all kinds of periods and phases you go through in life.
A lot of them are perplexing, challenging, unsettling.
And it's just life.
I have learned that this is unavoidable.
I used to think that I was doing something wrong if I felt any of this.
And I just personally believe that's complete horseshit.
Just a human to go through life and be sad at times, hurting at times, unsettled.
I've gotten really good at kind of living in the unknown and the unresolved.
Normally I have zero problems with that.
Sometimes I do have a problem with that.
