Drake's million-dollar giveaway stream has taken over the internet, featuring a 20 V1 dating show hosted by Kyle from Nelk.
Outside of the hilarious viral clips from the dating show, he also put the industry on notice for anyone that still wants to take shots at him, where he said, "These guys are dropping albums like hello and goodbye, and careful with that reply, 'cause the pen isn't dry." Now, it obviously goes further, and that was kind of the intro to showing all of that.
He even took more shots at Roc Nation about suing Stake, Adin Ross, and Drake over essentially manipulating people to gamble, which everybody's old enough here to know if you should gamble or not.
But there was a viral video from What's the Dirt that broke down the lawsuit, pretty much saying Roc Nation essentially pushed all these people to sue Stake.
What he found out were some of the victims of the lawsuit have received money from Reform Alliance, which was co-founded by Jay-Z.
The lawyers involved in the case work with Roc Nation or have worked with the CEO of Roc Nation, Desiree Perez, in the past.
But the case is currently in private arbitration, and the judge has paused any claims around Drake.
It feels like something at some point has to give either way, whether Drake gives in or the industry gives in.
But it does show how powerful Drake is, that he can rival someone like IShowSpeed and Kai Cenat, who are doing a dual stream, on live stream, when it's, like, his third thing he actually does.
There's a lot of things that happened.
I kind of think we need to jump at a lot of different things, 'cause you said a lot of different things.
A lot of things happened.
It was a very long stream.
But I think the thing that sticks out to me the most was how much money Drake spent on these girls that actually won, the top three.
Jordan came in third place.
Lena the Plug got 25,000 and an all-expenses paid trip, so who knows how much that would cost.
And the Goth wife got a brand-new house for her mom.
Now, who knows how much that could cost? I don't know.
[laughs] Like, anywhere from what, like, 300,000 to, like, 800,000? I don't know.
