Yeah, we've got three townhouses there, all brand new on the one block, no joined walls.

So they've all got their own sort of separate entrances, separate yards, alfrescos.
Are they all sort of fairly similar in terms of like bedrooms and bathrooms and stuff like that or are they different?

There's two four bedrooms and one five bedroom, which you never see for a townhouse, but it's You had a bit of extra space and thought, you know what, I'll do something different because you just don't know who's sort of looking out there.

I can't remember the time we spoke about a five-bedroom townhouse.
And, you know, we talk about it and hear this term, the missing middle, all the time.
And this is one part of the puzzle, isn't it?

This was actually an RZ2 block, but something like this is going to become a lot more common with the missing middle with what they're trying to do is get those bigger blocks with the smaller houses on them and try and get a bit more density on them.

So this is something that I think is going to come up a lot more in the next two to five years, I'd say, once people start to understand it.
