A HOME OF GOOGONIAN PROPORTIONS HAS HIT THE MARKET

I think about Googong, like, Teresa, I've got a friend who lives there.

They've got four kids, and she talks about how they ride their bikes, you know, to their neighbours' houses and to school together, like all the sort of what I guess is considered old school things that you would do as a family.

That's what

we used to do as kids.

Yeah, right,

and so she said that that's what they get out there in Googong.

So if a family, for example, were to move into your place, that's what they'd be able to experience.

Yeah, absolutely.

So I've got three kids of my own and we do the exact same thing.

So we ride our bikes or scooters to school.

There's riding tracks throughout the entire neighbourhood.

You can go all the way out to Googong Dam.

There's walking trails out there.

There's skate parks.

There's a mini golf course.

They're in the process of building a small leisure centre.

There's tennis courts.

It's wonderful for families and perfect for spending time outdoors
