Yeah, so we've got a five-bedroom house here, With three bathrooms, it's got seven car accommodation.
But when you look at the outlook, though, like it is close to all those things.
But when you look like you're sitting in the dining area, for example, looking out and the outlook, you just feel like you're a world away, which is perfect because you're actually really close to all the things you need.
Yeah, look, every room actually faces north and has the view out the back over the property and the surrounding properties.
It's got a really interesting design, though, as well.
When you look at it, there's just something about it, something a little different, isn't there?
It's all modern, but it's got a rustic charm and the owners went with that as they developed it over time.
They went with a more like an old barn type pub set up and the pub sort of... has influenced a fair bit of it and will continue to influence their life.
Many a night they'd have there with the local community where they'd sit in that northern lounge room and they'd have sessions where they'd play music with all the local residents and their friends.
