This podcast ran adjacent with the Rao Room Assisted Living Mastermind, and now we have 172 Rao Room members from all across the United States, physicians, entrepreneurs, operators, caregivers, even folks who worked at Spotify before, and these people are committed to serving seniors and serving them well, and they're actually building real assisted living businesses and investing in the space.

It's what happens when those 172 people who all believe in the same thing, that you build wealth by serving seniors well, decide to do this together instead of alone.

There's hundreds of beds that have already been opened and thousands more that will be opened through the Rao Room, and countless seniors are being served in high-quality residential assisted living homes, getting the care that they deserve.

I want you to think about for a second the wake of impact that our Rao Room members are going to have as we get closer to our mission of empowering 1,000 entrepreneurs to start or scale boutique assisted living homes so they can achieve financial freedom while serving seniors with dignity and with excellence.

There are so many lives that are gonna be changed, not just seniors getting exceptional care, but the family members as well, because they know, and they trust, and they believe in the care that their family member is receiving.

A lot of those we've already hit on different Rao Room Roundup episodes, but one I wanted to foot stomp again was our event in Houston where we had 30 plus members there.

It was such an incredible time to see each other's projects, to break bre- bread together, to be together.

You talked a- about real challenges, and you celebrated the wins there, and you realized that you weren't alone in this, and being there, being present at an event changes everything.

It has been an absolutely incredible 100 episodes, and we're excited to celebrate again with you this Saturday on September 19th with the Residential Assisted Living Virtual Summit.

It's going to bring even more of us together, and it is gonna be amazing, and that is what I'm most proud of.
