He couldn't make them work to make a profit out of duplexes on them.
My client was going to get a minimum of $180,000 each block.
This guy couldn't do it simply because he didn't have the network and he didn't know... how to do it efficiently and my client ended up getting you know a million dollars out of the two blocks profit it's it's a tough one for people to to go ahead and do things because i heard so many horror stories where people try and do it themselves and it doesn't work out because of one reason or another they put too much themselves in it instead of doing what the market wants a lot of times people you know they might put a purple wall up because they like purple
