and um i'm curious is this therapy about a next chapter or is it about another reflection of the previous chapter so
yes yes that is definitely something that i'm going through now and it's all and you know that title is so on point because it's all about our souls evolution i always say It's the revolution to the evolution of our soul.
And when I talk about revolution, that's really getting up and taking responsibility for your life and making the necessary changes, no matter how far your back is against the wall.
You can either remain as you are, or you can choose to honor the journey of your soul.
listen to the whispers of your soul and follow your, um, inner compass north.
And if you remain as you are, look what happens to look what happens to your body, for instance, right? You, you become, your soul is not in alignment with your body.
And it will come out in some way, form, shape or another in the form of this is.
So you need to learn to honor your body and your soul, your body, mind and soul.
to actually write about it because you know writing about it that reflection that we do by writing and it's it's like it's like we channel it you know it's like it comes from within very deeply so I mean I personally love the writing of my stories and I think it's the best thing ever for any coach or healer or mentor or entrepreneur to write the story of their journey
absolutely because we are anyway sharing about our story to our inner circle and by writing it in a book that is an international bestseller it gets distributed throughout the world so your story definitely helps more people I love that so what i want to ask you is something on a total different note how does light language relate to writing for you
