How? Writing your story expands your perspective on the events that happened and your perception of yourself and others.

The emotions of pain, hurt, fear, shame, guilt and anger that were suppressed resurface.

Writing through them and facing them through our tears, breathing deeply, we welcome them in.

Writing is a way to face our deepest fears and trauma and to realize how they have shaped our lives.
