So there's definitely been a period of time where we've been working very hands on with smaller agencies, indie agencies where that might be the case.

You know, you have a very few people in the whole company and one person is responsible for so many things.

For us, what I like to say about our team and customer experience in general is we want to be like a cockroach.

We want to be like embedded in every part of your business so that's your client service.

Yeah, all the time a cockroach might be a good thing but we want to be everywhere like you cannot get rid of us because we're part of your client service we're part of your sales we're part of everything and so if if a client can't manage If I talk outside of client services, for example, if they can't manage their sales, we'll get in there.

And then in terms of the actual campaign management, while we're not inside of the actual ad platforms themselves or managing that budget, we will... we will build audiences for them.

If they give us a brief, we'll go away and we'll build audiences for them, for them to test for each of their clients.

We won't go inside of the ad platforms, like I said, but we'll do everything we can on Pearl Diver's side.

So they probably have, if they're not an agency themselves, they have an agency managing their campaigns and it's not so much reliant on a single person.

So yeah, I think for the people that are extremely busy and don't have resources, we'll step in wherever we can outside of actually running the ads

i really like that because you're right like sometimes it's just it's just too much going on right and so we expect our partners to to do the impossible and honestly like i even think it's unfair on the partner side on the the data provider or on the the supply partners because we expect you guys to know how we do our own job Tell us how to do our job better and then do your job on top of that.

And so I think it's no matter how passionate you are about this industry, that's too much.
