If you're like many of my clients, you know you can support people 1:1, and it's the main revenue source in your business... But you're tired of trading time for dollars. The only way you get paid…

In this week's episode, I want to dive into the fears that might come up for you when you think about adding a group offer to your one-to-one practice.

So what I've been noticing as common themes of some of the clients who have joined Signature Program Design recently is that a lot of them have had really great one-to-ones.

Maybe this could be you if you've done a lot of one-to-one work as maybe a therapist or a therapist turned coach, or maybe you've done some done-for-you work, and you'd like to add a group program because you don't want to keep trading your time for dollars and get out of that like training money for revenue model.

But what I've noticed is there are three main fears that come up for people in that situation and it can cause you to freeze.

And what I want to highlight before I even jump into those fears is what, I don't know about you, but I know when I first started to think about creating a group program, I thought about it just as another offer.

But if you have a group program or you want to create a group program and you've been doing done for you, or you've been doing one-to-ones or even if you were like me and you had a membership, this is actually a new business model.

Like it is like, it's a little bit like a lot of us talk about, you know, like taking a leap and quitting your job and going all in on your business.

And that one is something that people really recognize a lot, but it's really important to notice and just to be aware and acknowledge yourself too, that when you want to move from one-to-one to a group, that is changing a business model and it can feel just as scary as jumping into your business full-time too.

So just know that if you are feeling that fear or that freeze that you want to get into it, but you're feeling like you're not really sure if you're ready, it really is a little bit like quitting your job.
