One of the most common challenges I hear from entrepreneurs in my world - It's not that their program doesn't sell. It did! It just didn't sell as well as they wanted it to. The challenge with that…

So recently I've been thinking a lot about my why and why I do what I do, because I've been noticing some coaches in the online space who are making, you know, millions and millions.

And the ones I find especially compelling are the ones who are really clear about their why and share their why.

And then the ones who don't, I kind of feel like, are you just making money just to make more money? Like, why are you building just for the sake of building? And so I wanted to get clear on sharing my why with you and why I know you're meant to have a thriving program.

Because for me, my is I love to help coaches who coaches, mentors, experts, however you see yourself.

get their gifts out to more people in a really like strong structured way because the thing that I've seen and I know I have come close to this too is that oftentimes mentors coaches who are really fabulous at what they do they try it out they put themselves out there they try to create the program but they can't get it to a place where it really feels sustainable and And they either go back to one-to-ones, which really means less freedom for you, less space, less margin.

You're not sharing your gifts and the things that you're really good at on your own terms.

And so the people that you could really impact... are not going to be impacted and you're not going to have the freedom and the like the autonomy or not the autonomy, but the agency that you can really have in your life.

And I just love the idea of being able to help more women have more agency have more power in their life have more financial power in their life and be able to really share what they have to offer because the women that i work with are so incredible at what they do and i love the idea of being able to help them create a bigger ripple effect in their lives and have more autonomy more freedom more agency in their lives And so the reason I know that you are meant to have a thriving program is because of how much you can truly help people and there are people who want what you do.

So it would be different Because all of our businesses are about solving problems, right? If you are like a dietician who is helping families raise balanced eaters or women through menopause and dealing with hormonal changes, or maybe even maybe you're in like more of like a niche kind of hobby space and you are a photographer and you're helping women.

other photographers with their skills like all of these are solving problems that people truly truly care about and want to have solved in their lives and so I know that you are meant to have a thriving program because you're really good at what you do if you are listening to this podcast I truly deeply deeply believe that and people want what you have so it's inevitable that your program can become a truly thriving program but There are three main reasons that I have noticed coaches in my world don't get the numbers that they want.

And I wanted to dive into these in this episode and give you some ideas of how you can shift those.

These are kind of traits or habits that I have seen in myself and I've seen in my clients, entrepreneurs that I speak to.
