And I would say, like to start it off saying I'm super excited to be here because I always am.

One of my favorite things to do since 2020 uh is to record uh every week and uh sometimes we batch sometimes we're right on the spot and sometimes we're we're fresh live monday morning okay uh today's another special one if you're if you're kicking in last week we have suburban propane uh michael stavala and nascar cup driver ross chastain on the show talking about suburban propane and the partnership with Melon One Watermelons and NASCAR.

So it was pretty cool.

This one is another one, right? Because you know what? We're going back in time.

And I would say forward at the same time because joining me later in the show is someone who... has been a part of the podcast in its early days.

So six years later, we're back together.
