I don't even think I talked about running last week, which is fine because I think it's just an indication of like how much I am just not focused on running right now.

My first pregnancy, I mean, I didn't have a toddler, right? So I think I was taking all of this anxious energy of like, my whole life's about to change and I was using it, putting it into my business.

I was working so hard going into fourth trimester, my first pregnancy, because I just was like trying to prepare my business for this like completely unknown chapter of being a mom and being an entrepreneur.

But that said, I think I just have like a lot more of a reality check of just like, there's pretty much nothing I can do to really maximize productivity for that fourth trimester.

Planning to actually take eight weeks off of work, which I didn't do my first pregnancy.

My first pregnancy, I was like, Oh, like, do we really need to take time off? And now I'm like, yeah, you really, you really do.

Um, but I also was putting a lot of energy into running my first pregnancy just because running was helping me feel like more like myself.

I was working with a PT, um, these last few months kind of problem solving that really severe SI joint pain.

This physical therapist, it's PT Toro in, oh my God, where in New Jersey? I can't remember.

I haven't driven there in a few weeks, but it's in like Jersey, very close to Philly.

He really knows what he's doing and like really helped me and Just from working with him, I think I went to like four or five sessions, just he really taught me how to engage my body and warm up my body before running.

And I think the biggest thing I really learned was just I was really hurting myself when I was squatting, like lifting, I think was my biggest trigger for this SI joint pain because I was lifting like totally wrong.
