And, um, the, yeah, I mean, things are feeling just kind of like my body is no longer my own.

And, um, as much as I love sharing my body with my baby, cause it's so sweet to feel them kicking.

It's I'm definitely at a stage in pregnancy where I'm feeling really sad that I can't run and train the way I want to.

And I've had to really learn how to like dance that fine line of I'm doing enough hip mobility and PT to get some miles in.

And like, I do wish I could run longer and run more overall without having pain.

It's such a hard, it's so hard to, I feel like I know other mother runners get it, but I also feel like a little guilty that I'm experiencing this grief that I can't train right now, even though it's such a short season.

And then I plan on taking like eight ish weeks off potentially more, um, to recover from birth.

And then, yeah, it's just, you know, it's like going to be a season of rebuilding and I want that season of rebuilding to go as smoothly as possible.

But what I keep just telling myself is if my SI joint is super inflamed going into birth, even with that eight weeks off, like I'm not setting myself up for success.
