Holy cow, it has been just such a different pregnancy experience than my first pregnancy.

And I think in a lot of ways, this podcast is coming at such a good time because I feel like my first pregnancy, I would have had a lot of talk about anxiety, which I think is very relatable for all of us pregnant ladies out there.

Hey, even when we're not pregnant, right? I think having so much drama pop up this pregnancy is probably making the podcast maybe a little more relatable and then also just, I think, more helpful.

I was talking about this podcast on my Instagram and how I had grand plans for sharing training during pregnancy.

how I had considered kind of just like stopping the project because now I'm not training.

And I had a lot of you reply and be like, no, that would be stupid because so many of us can't run in pregnancy.

And I think it's very relatable to kind of be going through the trauma that you're going through.

You know, I got really lucky my first pregnancy and I don't know, I guess I can't say lucky.

Like, I don't know the statistics of like how many women are able to you know, maybe, maybe we should start with like the population as active women who are already runners.

Like how many of us, what's the percentage of us that are able to run until labor and delivery? I don't, I don't know.

So I actually, I can't say if I was lucky or what, but I did have a really great pregnancy my first time around.

I always think about that girl who I was my first pregnancy and how if I was listening to this podcast, maybe it would be terrifying to me.

Just because you have a bad pregnancy this go-around doesn't mean you won't have a good pregnancy next go-around, right? Or just because you're not feeling great this week or today doesn't mean you won't feel good tomorrow or next week.
