I'm a newer EOS implementer, and from my perspective, what has become really interesting to me is that no matter how long an implementer has been in the game, it's still a practice of sorts when it comes to building their own EOS implementer practice, and it really goes down to three buckets.
So the engagement piece is when you're trying to just attract, convert, and retain the right kind of clients for your practice.
Once you have those clients, how do you wow them with not only what happens in the session, but what happens outside of the session room? And then the last piece is the EOS life, and when you're out there hustling and building, how do you as an implementer protect your version of the EOS life? So, so today I'm really excited to have Stas Blanoski with me.
